Star V Machinery “MLV” Linear V Groover The MLV is designed to V-Groove various materials, wood composites or plastics such as solid surface. V-Folds to create a build-up front edge, cove back splash profile, scribe strip, dado for back panel, double edge shelving etc. Other v-groove angles besides the standard 90 degrees can easily be employed by changing the cutter head. The automatic tape applicator is optional on this model to keep costs lower. A 220V single phase power supply line and the small 60″ x 30″ footprint makes this machine appealing to every workshop from small to large. The feeder belt moves the material over the flat phenolic table. The V-Groove is being applied from above. Both linear as well as cross cuts up to 6″ away from the movable fence are possible. Set-up controls are manual.
